Is this service right for me?
I want you to have the best experience possible, so let’s make sure we’re the right fit. This might not be for you if you’re looking for an ultra-luxury trip planner, you’re traveling with a large group (more than 6 people), or you need someone to book everything for you. I provide recommendations for accommodations, transport, and activities, but I don’t handle bookings.
Do you book flights, hotels, or activities for me?
No—I provide direct recommendations and links, but you’ll book everything yourself. This gives you full control and flexibility over your trip without booking markups.
What if I already have some plans?
No problem! Just mention them in the questionnaire when booking, and if you choose the Custom Travel Itinerary, I’ll seamlessly incorporate them into your overall itinerary.
Can you plan just part of my trip?
Absolutely! If you only need help with certain days or specific regions (e.g. hiking Rugova or wine tasting in Rahovec), let me know in the questionnaire what’s already planned and what you still need help with.
Do you plan trips for groups?
I specialize in planning for solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups of up to 6 people. If you’re traveling with a larger group and need help booking private coaches or large-group tours, I may not be the right fit.
When will I receive my itinerary or call notes?
Custom Travel Itinerary: Delivered within 10 business
days.
Travel Consultation Call: You’ll get a written
follow-up within 3 business days.
What if I need changes to my itinerary?
Your Custom Travel Itinerary includes one round of revisions to make sure it’s just right. If you need additional changes, I can arrange them for an extra fee.
How far in advance should I book this service?
I recommend planning your itinerary 2 to 6 months in advance,
especially for peak summer and autumn seasons. If you’re
traveling sooner, I can still help—just keep in mind the 10
business days delivery time for custom itineraries.
If you’re booking the consultation call instead of a full itinerary,
you can do that anytime!
Are these services refundable?
All travel planning services (including the travel consultations) are non-refundable. Once you book, I block time in my calendar and start working on your trip right away, whether it’s a consultation or a custom itinerary. Because each service is personalized and time-based, refunds aren’t available. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before booking.
